Container Sales Group offers a 1-Day Return policy upon arrival due to the nature of the oversized overweight equipment, thereafter all sales are final and refunds cannot be processed.  We have the right to cancel an order due to software error, miss-calculated rate, lack of inventory, inaccessible premises, inadequate terrain or poor weather conditions.  Customer is responsible for lack of space on property, poor terrain drop site or restricted access during delivery and driver being turned away, fees associated with delivery and cost to return will be deducted from the initial purchase once the attempt was made to deliver unsuccessfully.   

Refunds are issued within 7 days after a case had been closed back to the originators card or a refund check submitted by mail. All refund requests must be submitted via email and authorized by the original purchaser.
